Eliot is a great trainer and is extremely knowledgeable!!! He really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and create a personalized plan to help you get there. Not only does he work you hard for your session but also provides a plan for you for the rest of the week. He is also focused on getting you to move correctly which no one has ever shown me in that past so I appreciate that and think it will lead to better results.


Eliot helped educate my daughter to embrace a more positive lifestyle. He taught her about the need to practice healthy eating and exercise. It was especially admirable the way he took the time to explain everything to her so that she was able to apply it to her everyday activities and meals. Eliot has a vast knowledge and an immense amount of energy to match. He genuinely wants to see his clients make positive changes and feel better about themselves.


I find Eliot’s training techniques to be innovative and very different form what most trainers offer. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and his training plans are very easy to do at a gym or at home. Unlike other training sessions where I felt that “I was on the clock”, Eliot doesn’t rush me out the door when the hour is up and he makes sure that all my questions are answered and that I ha a good understanding of the training plan for the upcoming week. I highly recommend Eliot to anyone who is looking for a great trainer.
